Dhvija Finance allotted Rs 50 million in secured debentures with an 18-month tenure As on : 10-Sep-26  14:03

Dhvija Finance Limited, formerly known as F Mec International Financial Services Limited, announced the allotment of 500,000 secured, unrated, unlisted, redeemable, non-convertible debentures (“NCDs”) with a face value of Rs 100 each, aggregating to Rs 5,00,00,000 on a private placement basis. The NCDs, designated as Series B, have an 18-month tenure, maturing on March 11, 2028, and offer a coupon rate of 16% per annum with quarterly interest payments. The debentures are secured by a pari-passu charge on the company's assets, including loans, advances, receivables, and investments, and the board meeting took place on September 10, 2026.
